NICOLE FRYLING, MA, LLPC
Being vulnerable with a counselor can be intimidating. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment, and a safe place for restorative healing. Specializing in women’s issues, anxiety, depression, spirituality and self-worthCounseling from a Christian Worldview
Welcome, I am so glad you are here!
As a mom, wife, daughter, friend, and business owner, I understand the demands and struggles that come with life. It’s hard, among everything else, to take time out to focus on yourself. I encourage you to invest in yourself and discover all that you were created to be.
It is never too late to make changes in life. Many times we feel out of control, and while we can’t control what happens to us, we can control how we respond. Taking the steps towards healing takes courage, and I honor that. Sometimes it’s hard to put one foot in front of the other, and I want to journey alongside of you. I firmly believe each person has the power inside of them to step into full healing and restoration.
My counseling approach
My approach to counseling is two-fold. I know you will be walking through my door with real symptoms. Real challenges and setbacks that are affecting your daily life. I want to offer practical, tangible ways to help you get through your day in a more healthy, productive way along with making changes towards creating a positive mindset. At the same time, many of us have deeper wounds that need attention. After regaining positive daily functioning, the real healing can begin as we work to heal from past wounds, lean into a positive self-image, and create a brighter future.
I am a Christian who believes God made you special, unique and has a greater purpose for each one of us. This informs how I see you and how I work with individuals. On the other hand, I will never force my beliefs on you, and how much we involve spirituality in your healing is ultimately up to you as the client.
